    • Retail: vertical that includes all content related to Health, Shops and Smoking.   
    • Groceries: vertical that includes all content related to Supermarkets, Grocery stores
  • Having an updated content is key for minimizing errors and out of stock in the stores. An integration can be done in order to have real-time stock & prices for each store. And the integration team will help you to make this happen, by automatizing the ways of sharing information with Glovo, and providing technical support during the integration process.

  • Integration refers to a way of sharing information between 2 systems that will allow both parties to optimize its operations.

    → Glovo integration aims to have a constantly updated information regarding product availability and pricing, in order to be able to:

    • Optimize in-store operations 

    Showing only products with stock → Pickers will only receive products that are in the store. Availability of products is updated close to real time

    Simplifies operations for the staff → No need to change manually any information

    Visibility and traceability of orders and stocks: Partners can receive orders in its own picking app, reducing price mismatch errors with POS integration…

    • Financials → reduce pricing errors. Helps to minimize the PNA/cancellations
    • User experience

    Making sure the product ordered will be delivered → Reliability on the service

    Delivery time → By optimizing the operations in the store, the user will receive the product much faster. The picking process is optimized so preparation time is lower

    Pricing reliability → assuring we will charge the exact amount that user saw in Glovo APP

    • Growth → By adding all the range of products that the user would find in the store we assure that more users will buy and that the basket size will increase.
  • Depending on how the information is sent, we can offer 3 different types of integration. These integrations are completely independent of each other. And partners can integrate one or more depending on their needs and/or capabilities.

    • Admin<>API: 
      Meant for partners with API capability. 
      Through this integration, we offer the possibility to update at the store address level the product prices and availability, among other properties, by pushing an API request to one of our endpoints.
    • Admin<>Nexla: 
      Meant for partners with no API capability. 
      Through this integration, we offer the possibility to update product prices and stocks from the assortment by dropping a CSV file into an SFTP server, getting the info directly from XML files, etc.
    • API Orders Integration: 
      Meant for partners with API capability. 
      Through this integration, we offer the possibility to directly receive the orders in the partner systems and to handle them by updating its content and status. 
      Used when integrating with the picking solutions we offer from Glovo or the partner's own picking device.

    Admin<>API

    You have the possibility to update at store address level the product prices and availability, among other properties, by pushing an API request to one of our endpoints.
  • Admin<>Nexla

    Admin<>Nexla

    You have the possibility to update product prices and stocks from the assortment by dropping a CSV file into a SFTP server.
  • API Orders Integration

    API Orders Integration

    You have the possibility to directly receive orders in your systems and to handle them by updating their content and status. Used when integrating with the picking solutions we offer from Glovo or your own picking device.
